Awareness is essential to end human trafficking.
Knowledge is powerful! Our Field Representatives and staff work hard to bring awareness in at risk villages in Chiang Rai, Thailand. We also express the love Jesus Christ has for us and how he can impact your life. SWAT also uses resources to supply needs to villages and poor communities in hopes of reducing the risk of children being sold due to severe poverty.

Training is the heartbeat of our ministry.
Brave men are risking their lives everyday to rescue children from slavery. We partner with rescue organizations world-wide and are responsible for supplying the training and skills necessary for rescuers to free children safely and effectively out of trafficking. Our program is designed to train rescuers, security staff, house parents and survivors of trafficking.
Healing the brokenhearted.
Restoration begins with love. SWAT ministries' goal is to provide a loving home for rescued victims and children at risk. One of these forever homes has been created in Thailand with the goal of starting many more.

Jonathan Espy - Founder
Jon and Chrissy Espy - Founders
Jon and Chrissy Espy have a passion for not only teaching hand to hand combat in the war against sex trafficking, but first and foremost for people to walk hand in hand with Christ. The Espys met and married in the military and have since served as missionaries in Thailand as a pastor and English teacher. Jon is a black belt in Taiho-Jitsu, a Police Subject Control Instructor, and has studied Aikido since 2001, as well as other martial arts. Chrissy is both a R.A.D instructor and a Subject Control Systems instructor. Jon currently has a purple belt in Brazilian Ju-Jitsu.
SWAT Ministry trains in self-defense and other tactical areas and certifies through Subject Control Systems, and our main objective is to see Jesus made known in all the world. It is our desire to go to the ends of the earth to help free the captives.
