These past few months have been insanely busy for our Founders, Jon and Chrissy! They have been traveling the states raising awareness and funds to support the ministry. Starting in South Dakota (read more about their time in SD) going through to Kansas City, and way down south to Mississippi. Here's what we've been up to:
In Kansas City we had the opportunity to speak and host a Taste of Thai with a great group of people. Here is what one person had to say about our Taste of Thai:
"What was left of the fantastic Thai food we had tonight. Touched deeply by the amazing love and devotion possessed by the SWAT ministry team. God is at work!
We loved getting to visit with our friends in Kansas City!
Next stop was Mississippi. Our schedules were packed! Traveling to North MS, Central MS, and Southwest MS even taking a weekend trip to speak in Louisiana! We had opportunities to speak at local churches every Sunday morning, evening, and Wednesday nights while in MS. We hosted several Taste of Thai events and had an interview with a local radio station, Supertalk Southwest, MS. We also had the opportunity to attend a Human Trafficking Awareness Conference in Jackson, MS where we met many like-minded people! Here are a few pictures from our events:
Speaking at Bude Baptist Church, Bude MS
Chrissy had an opportunity to sit down with interested teens answering questions and giving them words of encouragement at Bude Baptist!
The KIDS at Providence Baptist Church in Roxie, MS raised approximately $150 to give to SWAT Ministries. What a blessing it was to see these little ones being the hands and feet of Jesus Christ!

Taste of Thai Events at Elmo Baptist Church in Roxie, MS and Demond and Jessica Kennedy's Home of Summit, MS! Two wonderful groups of people that we got to love and share with!
Words can not describe the Love and Support we've felt from our the states we've visited so far! We thank everyone from the bottom of our hearts for supporting us in our mission. The pictures are only a few of the places/events that we had, there were many many more. We have met many new faces and also had the chance to catch up with our family and friends.
